Products that sell in a Bentonville office may differ from the favorites in a Joplin factory, a Neosho school, or a Rogers gym. We use purchasing information and direct feedback to adjust the mix instead of treating every machine as identical.
Service should be easy to request
Clients should not spend time searching for a service number or explaining the location to a different representative each time. ProServ provides a nearby point of contact and handles the machine from installation through ongoing stocking and maintenance.
